I understand how frustrating it is to deal with chronic pain. After receiving a head injury from a car accident as a child, I suffered from chronic back pain that drugs and physical therapy just couldn’t help. The pain would disappear, only to return, and usually when it was most inconvenient!
Headaches and neck pain were also common in my experience and I truly believed that everyone has headaches and it is just a part of life – not true!
And then several years ago, I came across a system that allowed me to eliminate my chronic lower back pain, and frequent headaches for good. I call it my 5 Keys to Pain-Free system.
The basis of the system is a simple meditation technique that is easy to use, doesn’t take a lot of time and also doesn’t cost the earth. In fact, it only costs a few dollars and some of your time to implement.
It is possibly because it is so simple, that unless you’ve used it or know someone who has, you simply don’t believe it could work, especially if you’ve battled with chronic pain symptoms for many years and spent a lot of money trying to find relief.
Since using this system for the last 5 years, I have not had a single bout of lower back pain – I have had a couple of bouts with headaches, but I know now how to deal with them and they are also a thing of the past. I have no problem saying I would not believe it was possible if I hadn’t experienced it myself, so if you are sceptical, I completely understand!
