Get rid of chronic pain in under 20 minutes

Do you suffer from chronic pain? Have you spent $$$ and time and effort to alleviate the pain, only to find that it returns, often worse than before?

At Simple Pain Management, we believe that the power of our beliefs and our ability to create real results with our intelligent use of focus can overcome pain in many instances. There have been many studies as well as anecdotal evidence to support the healing power of the mind along with the intelligence of the body and the cells, in directing our daily experience, especially where the intervention of drugs and pharmacopeia have resulted in a weakening of the body's systems and natural capacity for pain management and healing. Specifically, we have noticed the effectiveness of meditation, not just in the alleviation of stress which can exacerbate pain symptoms, but also in the eradication of pain symptoms entirely. But don't take our word for it...

Prior to listening to the back pain meditation audio, I had frequent lower back, middle back, neck and hip pain, which made it difficult to get off to sleep at night, as it was hard to get comfortable. I find this meditation recording very helpful to release muscle tension and relax. It is especially useful at bedtime to assist me in getting to sleep. Since listening to it regularly for the last 3 months, I have not had any major back pain...- Bronwyn Millar, NSW

The Research is in....

Many people believe that using meditation to relieve pain symptoms is not "scientific" or "proven". If this is you or someone you know, I have included some information on the latest research that supports using meditation for pain relief to assist you to make an informed decision: digital-drugs-binaural-beats

"Demystifying Meditation: Brain Imaging Illustrates How Meditation Reduces Pain"

Meditation produces powerful pain-relieving effects in the brain, according to new research published in the April 6 (2011) edition of the Journal of Neuroscience.

"This is the first study to show that only a little over an hour of meditation training can dramatically reduce both the experience of pain and pain-related brain activation," said Fadel Zeidan, Ph.D., lead author of the study and post-doctoral research fellow at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

"We found a big effect -- about a 40 percent reduction in pain intensity and a 57 percent reduction in pain unpleasantness. Meditation produced a greater reduction in pain than even morphine or other pain-relieving drugs, which typically reduced pain ratings by about 25 percent." (ScienceDaily (Apr 11, 2011)) quoting Journal of Neuroscience April 6 2011 -  http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2011/04/110405174835.htm"

Please - don't take my word for it - investigate for yourself and you will see that there is great merit in using meditation to control and eliminate your pain symptoms.

Just recently I have been taking at least daily painkillers for my joint pain. I got a meditation from Simple Pain Management hoping this would help my pain. Just 2 weeks into doing this meditation once a day I haven't taken any pain tablets. It's amazing what the mind can do! Thanks Simple Pain Management for opening up my mind and closing down my pain...- G.Thill, NSW

You know, you and your mind are more powerful than you might realise - don't suffer needlessly any more. The worst thing that could happen with this system is that you will become more relaxed and positive than you have ever felt before. And the up-side is that you will eradicate your pain symptoms for good and recover your quality of life - you deserve it!
